they say laser mouse can use on most surface.. but my mouse seems to not able to use on most surface.. I cant use it on any dull surface(except for my plastic file which has been severely scratched).. I cant use it on any normal surface(A4 paper, book cover, book pages, cloth covered surface).. I can use it on reflective surface except for mirrors(chrome coloured shoebox, the back of a CD rom, the reflective part of the mouse packaging).. I can also use it on my iphone..

I just bought my mouse.. this afternoon...

anyone care to help me?

I want to know the custom duties that will be imposed on me if I bring in more than 1 liter of liquor into Malaysia from overseas. I've heard so many and I jsut dont know which one is the correct ones. please dont tell me it depends on the custom officer because I want to know the correct amount of tax and not purely on "depending on the custom officer whether he will catch you and check you or not.."...

the theories I've heard:
1) they will charge half of the price of the bottle
2) they will charge RM10 bottle
3) they will charge the full price of the bottle
4) 15% sales tax will be imposed

customs website does tell can bring in 1 liter.. but I cant seem to find the tax that they will charge me if I bring in more than 1 liter.. the ASEAN website tells that they will impose 15% sales tax.. my friend who stays in labuan(tax free state) says each extra bottle they will charge RM10 tax.. but labuan seems to have different ruling.. my sister's friend who is a wine importer says that its RM11 per bottle(imagine the amount of profit they earn from selling booze..).. but he has a license to import which I dont know whether it is the same or it is for his privilage..

this applies to ppl who comes back from overseas and want to purchase more than 1 liter person of liquor..

and I say again.. PLEASE.. OH PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME THAT DEPENDS ON MY LUCK AND DONT TELL ME BASE ON YOUR EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NOT GET CAUGHT AND DONT TELL ME DEPENDS ON THE CUSTOM OFFICER..
