Extracting Data from Permanently Disabled Ipad

Dear Apple masters here, I really need help

Is there a way to extract out data from an Ipad which has been permanently disabled due to too many wrong password attempts? I still do remember my password (it was my daughter who disabled it arghh!!). I know I can just perform a factory restore to make the IPad usable again but the worst part is I have never backed it up via ITunes / ICloud I have a lot of precious photos & videos of my daughter inside which I really really can't afford to lose
Does anybody know of any software (I don't mind if it means hacking or jailbreaking my Ipad) that can help me extract the data, or is there any expert out there providing such service?

Hi all, my bro is currently working in AZ, US & his place of stay is very close to the Polo RL Factory Store in AZ - which is having a crazy factory clearance sale at the moment! He will be back right before CNY (early Feb'16) but I'm getting him to courier back the apparels in batch whenever it reaches certain number since he can't bring so many of them back at once also!
