KWSP withdrawal for 2nd house

I paid off housing loan for my 1st house after taking money from KWSP account. Recently, i have transfer the property to my younger brother. Now, I'm planning to get a new house. Can I still apply for KWSP to claim 10% down payment?

I got to know from KWSP site that we are only eligible for 2nd house withdrawal if the 1st house ownership has been given up. Wondering if transfer ownership within siblings are acceptable.

Please advice

Iswara - Engine takes couple of secs b4 shutdown

Dear All,

I'm using a 8year old Iswara. Recently, every time i shutdown the engine, it takes about 2 - 3 secs before the engine actually turn off. If I try to start back immediately after this, it will take few kicks before I'm able to start the engine again. But If I let the engine cool off, I have no problem starting the car as usual.

What could be the problem? My fren suggest that it could be piston or valve related issue.

Please help!!
