I have an apartment in Pandan Mewah Heights, just opposite Hospital Ampang, 5 minutes walk to McDonalds and to local schools. It's a 980sqft apartment, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 1 car park apartment. Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are floating wood flooring, living, dining and kitchen is marble flooring. 3rd bedroom is carpeted. Unit is on the 10th floor. In this market, how much do you guys think is the price range for this apartment? Thank you.
