Hi,

I'm interested to extend my kitchen.
The extension area will be 7 feet by 10 feet.

Does anyone know how extension costs are calculated?
Just in terms of structure alone (without fittings).

Hey guys, just curious what is BICC? I got a letter of offer from MBB for home loan for 37 years (35 + 2 years construction) and it mentions BICC.

I understand that the 2 years construction is the BICC. My question is do the buyers have to pay extra for the BICC? And the BICC protects the buyers or the developers?

Do our light switch have neutral wires?

Hey guys, after doing extensive research on getting a new a soundbar, I finally narrowed it down to
Q Acoustics.

Having read reviews of other brands, Q Acoustics seem to stand out from the rest.
And my final decision was the BT3

Since there isn't any thread for owners of Q Acoustics speakers, i thought of creating one so that

Need some advice.

I'm a new homeowner and i'm looking to rent out my house for 1 year.

My question is, from your experience, would there be people who are willing
to rent for 1 year?

At first i thought i would be able to get married couples or families but looks like not many are interested.

And i'm a bit iffy to rent out to students.

Please share your thoughts.

I just got a new PC and installed Windows.
during the installation, it asked whether i wanted to partitioned.. so i did.

but now i only see one partitioned hard disk in My Computer.

how do i enable My Computer to view both partitions?
