Extra Fixed IP configuration

Hi all,

I'm new in network management.
My company just apply for Extra Fixed IP using UNIFI.
When their technical guy come configured the router, they change configuration from Dynamic to Static (see Unifi1.jpg). The internet not working and all LAN IP change to ip segment same as my Fixed IP.
Last time we used 1 fixed IP, but the configuration checked at dynamic - however the IP won't change after restart modem/router.

Now they put back to old setting and seems like everything working fine with good LAN IP address (DHCP). But how can i know my fixed IP already added to 5 as requested? they said the IP already added to my account. I tried to access the other IP but it show nothing. Please help me.
