PB Pro Saver - 7%/14% per year returns

Introduced to me by a friend recently. Basically is an endowment plan by Public Bank.

Something like a forced savings plan. Pay RM150-RM500 per month.

7% returns for year 2-10
14% returns for year 11-20
(if below RM300 the rate is 6% and 12 %)

Thereafter upon maturity on 20th year, another 20% bonus.
It's a non-participating endowment plan, meaning not tied to investment risk. Returns are fixed from the start.
Only thing is that have to wait 20 years for maturity then can withdraw.

I guess it's good for retirement savings? Better return rates than EPF.

Anyone with experience and thoughts on this? Just getting some views before committing to it.

Reason for sale: Bought this from because of the ice blended functionality and it worked well when tested. But received a Ladyship blender the following week, which is more powerful. So no longer need this.

Ok, forgive me if this sounds silly - have no technical knowledge on web building.

Was wondering if it's possible to host 2 sites on one webhost to save cost?

e.g.

1. I register for 1 webhost
2. I upload two sets of wordpress cms onto separate directories in the webhost
3. Register for 2 domain names.
4. 1 domain name will point to the first site, and the 2nd one to the 2nd site. But both the sites are in the same server as mentioned.

Is this possible? Or i have to get 2 separate web hosting?

Mom owns a house, fully paid finish. But the house is pledged to an OD.

Question is can i seek refinancing for the house in this way:
1) The bank loan under my name.
2) Mom keeps ownership of the house to avoid S&P transaction price.
3) Refinancing amount take to repay OD and credit card debts.

Idea is to streamline all mom's debt into one and pay lower interest + installments.

Transferring bumi-lot to non-bumi

Uncle is getting a property but it is a bumi lot.

But lawyer and agent advised that it is possible to transfer the bumi lot to non-bumi.

I just need to verify if this is true and what are the chances?
How long does this process usually take?

Kancil Overheated and engine went off

Hi here's the case.

My friend used car just now, and when came back he told me said temperature gauge went up to maximum. And also the engine got cut off once (presumably because of the high temperature). Yes, friend's a stupid idiot for continuing to drive eventhough temp was max.

Checked just now, I think the radiator's leaking.

Will bring to the shop tomorrow. However, have a few questions in mind:
1. Do I need to overhaul or check the engine because of the engine automatically turn off due to high temperature thing? If yes, how much would this cost?
2. How much would it cost to fix the radiator?
