Question on Housing Development Reg 2005

Hi all,

I have a question in respect to the Housing Development ( Control and Licensing) (Amendments) Regulations 2015 which if I am not wrong will come into effect on 1 July 2015 . Of the portions which I would like clarification on is that would all Developers need to use the new Schedule H for their Sale and Purchase agreements (SPA). I am not sure whether has this been asked before but would be grateful for your advice.

1. Based on my understanding and having made inquiries with the relevant Ministry, I have been informed that whether a Developer would be required to use the new Schedule H would be based on the date of their license to develop the said land for the development.

For example, if the Developer got its license prior to 1 July 2015 then the Developer would be still using the old Schdeule H. If the Developer however got its license after 1 July 2015 then the new Schedule H would have to be used.

2. Furthermore, how would this apply say to a Developer who has at present sold 50% of its units (before 1 July 2015) and the other 50% is to be sold after 1 July 2015. Would the Developer use the old Schedule H for the units sold before 1 July 2015 and the new Schedule H after 1 July 2015?

3. Lastly, how would this requirement of the new schedule H affect the developer in the event if their license to develop expires once 1 July 2015 comes? Would the developer renew their license as per normal and use the new Schedule h or the old Schdule H for future SPA's.

I have gone through the regulations and found a Savings provisions at the end of the regulations which state.

"Notwithstanding the provisions of these Regulations, any licensed housing developer who before the coming into force of these Regulations was carrying on the business of housing development, may continue to carry on such business for such period and subject to such conditions as may be specified in the license"

Based on my reading and consideration of the above I am still
Unsure and would be grateful for your input.

My question is that I want to have max download speeds on using bitcomet.

I am currently listed as a block in my bitcoemt as my IP has a yellow light next to it.

Please help!

I have heard this thing call port forwarding but how do you do it with UNIFI installed as well.

Can`t seem to use winterboard on O.S 3

Hi guys, after jailbreaking my iphone with redsnow 0.7 and installing ultrasnow(i followed the tutorial on Iclarified.com). i am glad to say that everything is working fine.

There is however a problem, after jailbreaking my iphone I only had the cydia icon on my springboard and I did not have the winterboard icon. I downloaded the winterboard separately from cydia. After downloading a few themes to modify my phone, winterboard cannot seem to apply those themes to my phone

Some one please tell me what is wrong?

Hi I`am a major newbie to this whole iphone 3g thing. I read the guide for newbies and I could not find anything that answered my query.

Anyway I may get one eventually and I was thinking that what if I do get it and I bring it back to Malaysia and if its locked will I still be able to use its other functions like wi-fi,watching videos, listening to music etc,google etc?
