Unable to share DVD writer between 2 pc.

Hi, i come across this problem now. Hope anyone know can help me.

I have 2 PC.
Both PC1 and PC2 can access drive or files each other.
PC1 can access the DVD ROM on PC2, but PC2 was unable to access the LG DVD Writer on PC1.

It promt the message when i want to access the PC1 LG DVD WRITER.

"\\xxxx\E is not accesible. You might not have permission to use the network resourse.Contact the admin of this server to find out if you have access permissons.

The Device is not ready"

My LG dvd writer was working perporly and I did not set any permission on it.

What is the problem actually? Thanks.

4gb space missing from my C drive

i found out that my C drive are not showing the actual figure, the total space in my C drive is 22.3 gb but i total up my free and used space are only 18.2 gb.

can any 1 teach me how to find back the missing 4 gb?

I just bought the D-Link DSL-604T Modem Router.

I discover that once i download BT (I set the max d/l and u/l to 10kb only). I am unable to surfing. Sometime the line very very slow. Anyone can help me?
