Problem with eye vision with new spectacle

Hi If anybody there could help me. I need help. I go to Shop B.Then now Shop C.This is the second time i change my new spec. My left eye always give double vision expecially there is i look at the object which has light on it,example the wording in lcd. My right eye is too good, thats why they can't balance each other.

Left eye - 200
light refraction - 0

Right eye - 250
light refraction - 50

Previously I broken my spec, that spec has its left lense more thin and right lense thicker. And this spec work fine for me.But unfortunately i broke it. It was made in Shop A.I asked him back why left is so thin compare to right. He answered me that because left eye doesnt have refraction. Is it help?

But Shop A is too far, somemore Shop B and Shop C insist that my eye got problem? I did mention them about Shop A but they deny it.Is there of you experience this before? Please give me suggestion.
