Currently I'm using maxis broadband, even do the service very lousy, but i still maintain because the custromer service very good (compare to tm or streamyx)

last week I went to carrefour and the agent had introduce me the family plan, so i sign up using my asbend and mine prepaid number (which are we use as a second line - due to bad service but since be using for a long time, a lot of friend knows both number, so if anything still we receive offline message.)

that guy told me i can terminate anytime if not satisfied, and just now when i call teh maxis center to ancel the line and switch back to my prepaid terms, their said need to wait until 6 MONTHS...bullshit!!!!

don't undersatnd why it's must wait for 6 mths because their are a same provider..., when i want to sign up, their told me if i want to change the number from different provider took about 2 weeks, still i don't want it...now ask for 6 mths...betul2 penipu!

and then later that girl ask me to walk in to klcc center to submit my complaint...another stupid thing i need to do...really hassle...

now i'm really regret and feel dumb when i'm decide to sign that stupid plan!!!!

Hi,

My friend just introduce me this program...after study it I find it's really worth it...but then I want to know the review from others people who 're use it before...it's kind of huge amount to be spend on it and I'm prefer to get some idea before proceed with it...
