PC/Windows Problem

long story short;

This morning I switch on my pc;

Windows said cannot load my normal display/setup;

It load the default windows screen - like the one newly installed; It even have the 'tour windows xp thingy'

All my shortcuts gone/cannot be used, all files on drive C gone/vanish except the windows;

* I login into windows using my normal Admin account (with password)

here are the pc spec;

AMD x2 939 fx-60,
asus a8n sli dlx mb,
Seagate HD 120gb, - 3 partitions
2 x 1gb RAM (forgot the model/name),
windows xp

what could be the problem? Please help.

Past couple of weeks (& until now) I received lots of "Postmaster:Delivery status notification (failure)" or "mail delivery failed" email.

WTF is teh shit. i've never sent emails to all those people..

Disk Boot Failure

If somebody can help would be very much appreciated.

The System;

Motherboard : Asus A8N SLI Deluxe
CPU : FX60
Hard disk : 2x WD1200 (120Gb each) in SATA Raid 0

Here is what happened;

I replaced the power supply & motherboard chipset fan with a new one. In order to do that i have to disconnect the cables and wires. After finish Reinstall, I power up it up and noticed that the BIOS has Reset to default setting.

Now it cannot read my Raid 0 HDD. The Disk Boot Failure message appears.

The problem now is I cannot remember my previous bios setting.

Few Questions;

1. Can somebody help with the bios setting?

2. Could there be any other problem related?

3. Can other computer or new pc read the raid sata 0 hdd?

4. How to recover all the data inside the sata 0 hdd?

HunteR Steady Shot Rotation Macro

Hello hunters,

Just want your comment/opinion on this;

What shot rotation macro do you guys use? (considering our normal local internet connection ping 400 - 1200ms)

I've tried the so called 3:2 shot rotaion;

#showtooltip Steady Shot
/cast !Auto shot
/cast [target=pettarget,exists] Kill Command
/cast Steady shot
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear()

and all of its other/modified versions

And the so called castsequence (1:1) shot rotation;

/script UIErrorsFrame:Hide()
/cast [target=pettarget] Kill Command
/castsequence reset=1 Steady Shot, !Auto Shot
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear(); UIErrorsFrame:Show()

and all of its other/modified version

And find that that they did almost the same damage range and sometimes surprisingly doing lower damage than when i just use the steady shot, arcane shot, kc, etc.. when its cds on (manually)

Any comment/suggestion?

My damage range normally 800 - 1200dps depending on raid buff. & I want more...

Glad if you could mention what shot rotation you use so i can test it.

Yeah, how lucky do you think your character in the game. Well, apart form Kurei who have those 'phoenix' and 'bear' stuff of course.

While leveled my warrior to 70, I've never seen any epic thing 'world' drop. The best I got were a couple of blue items which I sold for a few hundreds gold. I managed to survive in the world by making gold through selling things I got from mining.

And then my shaman.... Same story... or maybe worst.

Recently I leveled a hunter. I can't believe my luck this time. I want that rare level 11 death flyer (scorpid) as my first pet... and there he was, easily found & waiting to be tamed. At level 47 while questing in Tanaris area, that epic 2H axe (Kang the decapitator), drop. From level 30 to 50, I found more 'blue' weapons & gears, world drop.

While questing in Hinterlands, that level 51 rare turtle (Ironback), that most hunters want as a good 'tank' pet roam around on the shore. Unluckily though (bah...!) I was level 48. I Can't tame it, so I kill it.

Didn't want to repeat the same 'unlucky' moment, I plan to start questing in Sillitus at level 56 because I want that rare level 56 scorpid (Krellack) as my new pet. Riding from Un'goro Crater, I stop by the area where lots of scorpions & spider roaming around. After killing few of them clearing my way deeper into the area, there he was....spot on ! Double ice trap & tamed !

At level 57, I wanted one of most (i think) sought after, rare, level 57 tiger in Winterspring ( Rak'shiri ) as my pet. I didn't find him on my first visit to that area, (and seeing lots of hunters at that area), but I log out standing near the stone where we do the summon shy-rotam quest. When I log back in a few hours later,..... man, I can't believe my luck. He was there right infront of me. Now he is my best pet, I named him Frostbite. I really like that cat, the coloration & the 'lazy yawn'. . Meh... now I can show off my amazing pet.

...going to find some more rare stuff...
