Like the topic say, how am i able to call Blizzard Billing/Support regarding my account from Malaysia. What number to dial ar?

I think i got hacked la. My email/pwd combination is not working although my char is like the last time i left it(1st June 2010) but today when i tried to log in from battle.net site to top-up, it gave me the wrong id/pwd thing. Have tried so many time till I'm blocked for 'too many try' reason. Tried all those number 1800 and 1949(for international) but Maxis gave me "number not complete" might be i need to add some numbers to call oversea but i don't know.

Help pls.

Hello LYNers..
I'm not good with English but I'll try to make all my sentences understandable.

This is currently my PC's spec:

CPU: Intel Pentium D 820, 2.8GHz
MOBO: Asus P5KPL-AM
RAM: 2Gb Kingston and 512Mb Transcend (both are PC2-5300 333MHz)
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 9400 GT

1. I have problem when letting my pc on too long. All the system process will be slow and lag. Even changing tab in firefox will cause lag. Maybe it got heated since i only use normal CPU fan provided while buying the CPU.
2. While playing Wow, the fps rarely reach 30fps even though I'm using the lowest setting to play.

I'm thinking about upgrading my PC if that's the caused off all my problems. But I'm not a deep pocket man. Still dreaming about having G13 for Wow lol.
Anyway, I'm hoping for honest review and advices. If my rig really need upgrade for satisfaction in Wow/Surfing(since i only do that thing with my PC), I hope I could get the best deal here(good price with good item, not so super, not so low).
