Hi there,

My father's business is doing very badly and might go into liquidation.. Most likely he will be blacklisted and his accounts frozen.. I'm just worried does we as family members (my mom and siblings) will be blacklisted and accounts frozen as well? I don't have very much knowledge in this particular issue.. Hope anyone can help clarify this for me.. Thanks.

Question about recycling

Guys,

I have set aside separate dust bins for recyclable items i.e. paper, plastic, glass, tins/cans and of course a bigger bin for disposable waste.. I throw used tissues (not toilet paper) into the paper bin but my wife said used tissue should be considered waste already..

So which one should tissues go to actually? Waste or paper bin?

Another things are items that are mixed material such as my disposable shaver pacakging.. Front plastic but back is paper.. How?

The most common mistake among fresh graduates joining a Company is they focused too much on learning what their job tasks are instead of doing the basics first which is learn how to work with your colleagues and seniors.

My advise to new comers has always been learn how to work with your colleagues first as they will be the one assisting you directly by helping on work or indirectly by giving you good reviews to other colleagues or superiors. It doesn't matter if you have to be hypocritical about it.

But time and time again these fresh grads will succumb to office politics and rub off negatively with their colleagues and "cari gaduh". End up they either resign or kene terminate because they are dispensable due to lack of skill and experience.

I see this attitude is prevalent among fresh grads as most experienced worker who just joined already know how to adjust to a new working environment.

So you can stick with your "I just come here to work and not make any friends" attitude and not receive that confirmation or stuck at the same position.

ISIS mostly mobilize as infantries.. Infantries can hide or escape from airstrikes.. Also by now most probably escaped to Iraq already..

Once the bombing campaign stopped (depending how long Russia or NATO can sustain an expensive operation).. They will resume their attacks..

Just received a call just now from a private number, thought it's one of my overseas clients so picked it up. End up an Indian lady with noisy children playing noise in the background claiming she is from the credit card service center. (Conversation in Malay)

She asks me if I am Mr. <insert my name> which is correct and ask if I have any problems with my <Bank> card which is the correct bank also.

I immediately hang up when she ask for my card's expiry date for confirmation.

Just wonder where she got my full name and which Bank I enroll with but it's not unusual for Telco's etc to share such info to third parties but if sampai people end up kena scam then memang KNNCCB la.

Just be alert guys.

Any good iphone repair shop in Lowyat Plaza?

Hi Guys,

The microphone on my mom's iphone is not functioning. Already send it to Machines and they could not offer a warranty as there is a dent near the microphone area.

So I decide to find a 3rd party shop that can repair/replace the microphone. Since Lowyat Plaza is nearby my office, thought of sending it there. Any good repair shop that you guys can recommend?
