His tactic is message you via fb messenger and said your family member cheated his money and ask you to return the money.
If you not transfer the money, he will look for your facebook friend list and disturb them to said that you own him money.

Do not worry, i do not transfer a single cent to him.

Wondering anyone encounter this scammer before. and I suspect the fb profile photo might not be his real photo.
