Hi, I am seeking a tyre replacement, aim for quietness, comfort and wet.

Used XM2 before, hence considering XM2+, then now conti has new UC7 for the similar price range.

would like to get you all feedback, between XM2+ and UC7 which is better?

another side of my wish, best if there are alternative recommendation for cheaper price since the tyre price now is higher.

Hi, I'm planning to get a new monitor, due to the space restriction, 27 inch would be the option, prefer 2k resolution, IPS.
90% uses for work and programming, only 10% for youtube and media. (planning to get console or gaming pc setup in future)

Currently aiming at benq ex2780q, whats the bonus from this model is the built in speaker, where i can save desk space.

so would like to get your advise on it, is this model good option or whats your suggestion for alternate model

Hi anyone separately bought rain shower for instand water heater ? Any recommendation? Any aspect I should consider or look for when choosing rain shower?

Hi, I just get a new pc with Cooler Master: Silencio 352 casing. The max height of CPU cooler for this casing is up to 155mm

Air cooling is preferable, may I know what options do I have?

Also the front casing support 2 120mm fans, and its already came with 1 cooler master XtraFlo 120mm fan, should I get another same fan. Or should I replaced it and get 2 new better performance fans ?

Hi, im in the middle of getting loan from bank for a new property. I've sign the booking form(pendaftaran jualan dan belian) from the developer.

I didnt realized that there was a field "penguamcara" and it is written a legal firm / lawyer name.

I want to use my lawyer, is it able request to change to my own lawyer instead of theirs? If they not allowed, what can I do?

I want to get more opinion before I approach developer and make my request.

question about dual sim stand by phone

HI, I would like to get a dual sim phone as a second phone.

I am now using Maxis surfmore 75 plan, which entitled of 5GB of data plan. I plan to get extra data sim to share the data on 2nd phone.

I was told, to put data sim in slot 1 and voice sim(no data) in slot 2.

My question are,
-when i'm using data (surfing etc), can I still receive call from sim 2?
-when i making call, can i still receive data?
-can i use whatsapp? which sim it will be tied to?

toilet bowl rusting spot

Hi, got into a new unit (left empty for 8-9 years since complete).

One of the toilet bowl have the rusting spot, it can be remove by using marble cleaner detergent(supposed to clean marble tiles) via soaking it overnight.

But it will come back again, anyone know why? any idea?

seek advice on lighting position

Hi,

I need advise on lighting in a 3mx3m room (small room).
The room only come with 1 electric point which is located at the middle of the ceiling(the ceiling quite low, not planning to install plaster ceiling)
I'm thinking to install ceiling fan with that point.

If I want to install light, where should the light positioned? My concern is the flickering shadow by the ceilling fan.

petrol/gasoline smell

everytime after I travel with my Proton Persona, regardless of distance. I can smell gasoline/petrol when I get out from the car.

Anyone have this problem?
What is the cause?
