Recommendation for Office CPU

Hi guys, planning on replacing the office CPU and kind of lost in choosing the Motherboard, CPU, Ram and Power Supply: need some suggestions. The CPU would be used mostly for MS Office, Surfing and AutoCad; need it to be uptrend for at least another 2 to 3 years. Budget would be around RM 1,500.00 as i have the casing, monitor, keyboard and mouse. Thanks.

Need Help Ibook G4 Hangs

Hi to all the sifus, I have searched the forum for a similiar thread to my problem and didn't find anything. So dun screw me for opening a new thread.

Problem:

Bought a 2nd hand Ibook G4 (2years ++ old, Processor 933Mghz only), with the intention of learning Mac Os b4 spending for a new 1. Managed to format with the CD provided (Dun ask me whether is it leopard or tiger, dun know how differentiate). Everything was fine till yesterday night, connected my sony handycam to the Mac and imported the clips, evething was running smoothly till clip 18 and the Mac hanged. After that restarted the Mac and run it for a while for the suprise of it hangs again. Found that the Mac is hanging after a few operation of any program now. Dun know wht or how to repair. Any suggestions are welcomed. Thanks.
