Need Advice: Psychology degree, Public Vs Private

Hey guys, I only scored Cgpa of 2.835 with 2Bs and 2B-

I plan to further my studies in psychology... but I'm not sure if my results is enough to get a place in a good public university..
If all else fails, I plan to do it in HELP.. bt I heard IPTA is better because not everybody can enter public while at a private.. everybody is elligible as long as u got Cs and above.

I took business, econs, eng lit, and PA.. Care to share some ideas please? ;(

Masterskill or.. IPTA?

Hello there,

Below are the humble results of my SPM examination..

Bm - B
BI - A
PI - B+
History - A-
maths - A-
+maths - C+
Physics -B+
Chem - A-
bio - B
EST - A-

I've taken a lot of interest into pursuing pharmacy..
However, I have a lot of financial constraints and at this point,
only masterskill is beyond grasp(as the foundation course costs only about RM6k) besides IPTA (which I really am in doubt if I'll ever get accepted eventhough I am a bumi) However, the masterskill promotion (50% fees waiver) will due on the 27th as of the intake is on the 27th itself..

the results is way below then what I had anticipated.. but I'll just have to deal with this now.. =(
And as you can see, add maths has become a hinder as I can't pursue my foundation in health science as the minimum requirement would be a B and above. In order to get into masterskill's foundation, I will have to resit add maths paper while doing my foundation course.

I'm actually looking forward to go masterskill because
1. It's affordable
2. It's a shorter route over taking up diploma(3/2.5 years +3/4?)
3.MOST IMPORTANTLY, recognized in Australia's board of pharmacy. A chance to take my career to Australia.

However, regardless of what they had claimed that you can apply to practice in Australia (SOURCE - CLICK HERE). Some LYN members have said otherwise.

Also, is masterskill really recognized in malaysia itself?
I've tried the links at the Pharmacy thread, but I don't see any other Private Unis name besides monash and IMU
Given a chance, would you savor this promotion before waiting for the results, OR jst wait for the results?

and I will REALLLLYY greatly do appreciate if any of you will give some feedback on this.

cheapo acoustic pickup?

Hey guys! I'd love to ask..

The acoustic I'm using is not really expensive (around 600-700),
It's an guitar I bought from my ex-music teacher.. To be exact, it's china made product
and well, it works pretty okay for me.. (i think i've been scammed)

The thing is, it's not installed with a pickup and I want to join this upcoming competition...
Since I'm pretty much a cheapo student.. I can't really afford something expensive,

and I saw this "pickup" at summit about 100 bucks. Do you guys think it's advisable to buy it?
I mean, how bad will it sound =_=

I'm just scared of the feedback especially when slapping the 12th or 19th fret for the harmonic slapping effects..

ADVICE IS MUCH NEEDEDDD

THANK YOU ALL IN ADVANCE!!

Ngahaahhaha!! I wanna learn how to improve on my vocals!!
But that does not mean my love for guitar has worn off!! pfft!

Anyway, as topic stated, also please include the price if you know it! thxxx

oh, I forgot the store name, but there's one new guitar shop in summit has it.. But like I said,
it's a guitar shop... is it really advisable to enrol there? Maybe if I got some luck, someone here
might actually be a student there haha..
