LG Plasma TV PK550 discontinue

I had book my LG Plasma TV on a fair at KLCC few months back. Last week when I go and ask them to deliver to my newly furnish condo, the shopper tell me that LG has already discontinue this model 50 PK550.

Is this true? Did anyone know about this? From the LG website, it is still listed over there about the model.

End up, the shopper call other branch and found a stock on another branch. Now I am worried that the TV that they delivered to me is a used one. Did anyone know how to check whether the LG Plasma TV is brand new or used?
I know there are some counters in Bursa Malaysia able to do Short Selling. However, I am not so familiar with this. I have some question on this.

1. Are there any periods for me to buy back the share that I already short sell?
2. Is the transaction charges same as normal buy and sell charges?
3. Are there any additional interest apply during the period before I buy back the share?
4. Is the short selling transaction can be done via e-trading?
5. What is the different between Regulated Short Selling (RSS) and Security Borrowing and Lending (SBL)?
Don't use Maxis, very bad services

I am not sure here is the right place for me to post this.

I just want to voice this out so that every one know. If you have a choice, don't choose Maxis.

I am existing Maxis Mobile User. Instead, I have using Maxis for 8 years. From Postpaid, to prepaid, now even subscribe for the maxis broadband.

The bad services comes when I go to 1U last night to register for maxis broadband. The agent ask for my IC and driving license for the application. After a while, the agent comes back and told me that I have outstanding amount in my Maxis Mobile account. I was very surprised by this as I clear my bill every month.

Further checking, the billed was dated 21st of July, which was issued a day ago. The agent told me that I cannot proceed with the subscription as long as I have "outstanding amount" in the maxis mobile account. I was very angry, as Maxis did not notify me about the bill and now the agent wants me the settle the bill on the spot! Some more, I have to settle the amount without any information of the bill. Was there some period of time for me to settle the bill every month? How come this time they want me to settle the bill the day after they issue the bill?

What kind of services is this? After being so many years of using their services and I didn't miss a single bill every month, now they come this kind of services to me.

After the subscription all that, I went back home and the first thing I do is log on to the internet and check my bill online. What I get is I unable to load the user log in page. Up until now, I still haven't get any notification from Maxis and I haven't get any chance to check the bill yet.

Recall back last week, I call to maxis customer service to change my family plus plan 50 to 30. What I get from their respond is also ask me to settle the outstanding amount first. I told them that I had settle every months bill and I don't have any outstanding amount. Then the customer service said that she check my account and found that I have used RM 70 so far and I should pay for that first. I suspect this is the unbilled amount where it will only be billed at the end of the month. So, if I pay the money by that time, at the end of the month, the unbill amount will goes to my bill again?

What is this? Ask me to pay the money without any bill? Is this means that every time, when I need some services from Maxis, I should clear my bill even if I don't know how much I should pay for that? Also, I have to stop using the phone few days before I ask for their service so that there will be no unbill amount in the account?

Some more, I check the Maxis broadband speed last night. They claim can get up to 3.6Mbps, but what I test last night, maximum is 800Kbps only. Test this morning, it goes up a bit, but not much different. Don't tell me the signal in my area is not good. I check, it is provided with 3G services there and my phone line is full bar for that.

I am thinking of changing the services to other telco company. The bad things is I cannot used back the same number.
