Manager in mid 20's

Recently, I promoted to Manager role to East Malaysia (team with 15 staffs), effective by Apr'12 onwards.

However, I do have one concern where my team mostly consists of people who are mid 30's to mid 40's.
My concern : I'm going to be the youngest manager in my company (I'm 24y.o. where the youngest manager currently is 30y.o.)

What should I do the create a good first impression and of course be a GREAT manager?
Appreciate if you are willing to share your experience/knowledge.

I have went through different managers in my job career.
My belief for a GREAT manager:
1) BONDING is important in the team
2) Manage your staff expectations
3) Create a clear direction/target/score for them to achieve
4) Giving sufficient opportunities for your staff to grow

However my concern is:
1) Will Husky keep on barking?

Condo at Pandan Mewah

I plan to buy my first condo at Pandan Mewah area due to its price of 150k - 200k which is affordable.

There is 4 condo currently at Pandan Mewah (Hospital Ampang & MCD) - Leasehold

1) Sri Pandan Condo - 200k newest, expensive, with 900sqft
2) Pandan Mewah Height Condo - 160k shortest and abit worn out, with 950sqft
3) Pandan Court Apartment - 160k, with 850sqft
4) The new condo which made for Hospital staff - I'm not hospital staff

However, I plan to stay in the master room, then rent out the remaining 2 room to cover my expenses.

So will I face difficulty in getting tenant to rent the rooms?
I heard there some colleges around, and ppl who work in KL can take bus / star LRT work. How true is this?

I did some research on Tmn Muda terrace as well. But I don't think I can get anything below 200k.

If we travel to other country. Passport need to have validility of 6 months onwards.

However, I wish to book flight for MAY 2011. But my passport expired few months ago.

Question is : Can i still book flight ticket with my previous passport number. AFter that only i go for ImIGRESEN for renewal. Will the renewal of passport change my passport number and also effect my flight detail?

But my credit card only have limit with RM 4000.

So, can I go to the deposit machine, and put in RM 1000 into my card first, then only go buy my stuff?

I need advice and suggestion from you all to perfect-ise my plan. SERIOUS

My GF coming back from US. So:

My plan :
I will prepare one card board, and juz like other ppl who waiting at departure HALL of KLIA , whereby holding a card board writing "my dear GF nickname". Then another side of card board, I will print out a photo of us, and write there, "I love you forever".

For sure, the card board must be big enough to let other ppl see. Wan show off.

Beside, I will prepare ROSE as well.

So any further suggestion or advice?
