RM306k for 1326 sqf, is this a worth buy? It is >10 years condo..

Any comment in this condo?

Hello everyone, I'm fresh grad and now as Process Eng. However, i'm lost my direction.. Wat should i know for Process Eng? Only need to know how to write WI? Y process eng seem boring job for me? Can anyone give me guidance ? my manager seem never guide me..Help..
