Hi Tech Guru's ,

Was thinking of upgrading my little brother Current gaming PC for him, felt sad he had to play his favourite game BF4 in a such of unbearable frame to my eyes so i decide to give him a surprise but
not over doing it at the same time below is his current setup:
he installed BF4 and set on medium detail and i can feel that the game is choppy, i'm guessing the processor is bottle-necking or maybe i'm wrong? I've no idea which component to buy and which brand for under RM700.
Hopefully given some good input from you guys could help me out.
