Question regarding condominium renovation

Hello everyone,

I'm facing challenges with my condo unit renovation under a strata title. Initially, I submitted my renovation plan to the condo management, and it was approved. However, complaints arose regarding improper hacking of two internal walls, which were part of my approved plan and confirmed not to affect the structure by the condo management office. Now, I've been asked to submit the renovation plan to MBPJ for approval.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Will MBPJ approve such renovation works, especially in a condo setting? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Recently get promotion and upgraded from vip5 to vip10. After upgraded to vip10 and tested wif speedtest, Yup, I can see the dl speed is increasing as per vip10 speed. After few weeks of usage, I feel strange when I surfing or downloading and I feel the internet speed almost same like vip5. Example like youtube, the loading speed is almost the same speed wif vip5, sometime will lagging too.. downloading speed will b around 500kb per sec after upgraded to vip10 (almost same speed when I use vip5). Shouldn't I will get double downloading speed of vip5 package as I using vip10?

Anyone of you guys had this kind of situation b4, can anyone share? Sud I call TM Unifi and clarify with them or this consider normal?
Btw, i'm staying apartment, I heard that the speed will b different between highrise and landed..correct me if i'm wrong...

Waja ABS problem

hi all.. did anyone of you facing the ABS problem b4?
My waja was Waja facelift 2007 campro model. I have my ABS problem which is the yellow ABS light on and off often. When the yellow abs light on, the exclamation mark(!) in the left hand side at the meter box will turn on also.
I think this problem i already faced half year ago.
So, i went to service center(not Proton service center) to check, 1st they tried to using airgun to blow the ABS sensor in order to blow out those sand inside which will blocking the sensor when detect.
After few weeks, i still facing the same problem. So i have to check again with the same service center. Now, they using computer to detect the data fault, which found the error ABS 0121 solenoid relay and 08002 battery voltage.
According to the boss, in order to fix this problem have to change the whole ABS pump which might cost RM1k+.
Currently, i havent change the pump yet, and boss ask me to try check in proton service center, because my car still under warranty. But i scare proton service center will not change for me because i have serviced my car outside b4.

Guys, any advice? Thanks in advance
