Probation Notice Period

Hi all,
My current company stated that my probation period is 3 months, and the notice period during probation is 2 weeks, after confirmation, 1 month.

So now its been 6 months since I have been working with them, and i am yet to be confirmed. Did all the necessary paperworks, just waiting the letter from HQ, since there should be a official signature of mine on the confirmation letter.

So, the question - What is my notice period as of now? Is there like a law or some sort governing the 'probation period'?
