I been a cxxxxm customer for almost 5 years with my prepaid number
recently cxxxxm launched the 50 postpaid package and i think is quite me to get one of this package

But i found out that,
1. Network coverage poor... first i tot my phone got problem .. so i check my phone network with another sim card.. thats no problem. so i called the 1111 customer service.. they said i need to go to the center for advice or something else. so i went thr.. then they said.. "ohh, currently we having our network upgrade, area like cheras and ampang might meet this problem once a while last for 2 weeks", so i said is ok..and i leave the center away at nearby leisure mall one.. then after 2 weeks, the problem still persist and make me so frustrated to go to the center again for any inquiry.. then they said.. "normally area cheras and ampang will like this... my fren also meet this problem b4 , then nothing and run smooth..".. har? u as the operator and u answer me like this by the way my prepaid's network coverage better than the postpaid??

2. HIDDEN CHARGES!! after i sign up for my postpaid, everytime i send one sms,, but my friend will receive twice or triplet.. lol i said maybe is network prob they resend the sms to u.. but !!! they charge me twice or triplet.. WTF is this?! end up my bill is quite expensive for me!!! ( as i target 50~60 permonth)..but it end up with 70~80 per month.. shit

after this , i go to terminate my number..as the operator always see me complain at their center, so they dun give me polite service and din ask me anything why i wan to terminate my number.. fine .. and the operator ask me whether i paid now or final bill.. since i din bring any money go.. so i said i wait for the final bill..

after 2 months, i din receive statement from cxxxxm and end up i receive the letter as above..
jus owe them 1xx.xx only.. need use kind of letter to treat their customer like me? wtf!!

WITHOUT PREJUDICE.. wtf?! do i said i dun wan to paid and end up u need the company to catch me up to pay??
damn frust+ disappointed with the service that cxxxxm provided!! now the prepaid x-pax i also throw to the dustbin! not worth!!!
