Hey sifus, I need some advice as I'm not sure what is the best way to sell my house.

I've purchased a new house which expected to be completed mid next year. Currently I live in an apartment which I bought 5 years ago. So, here are my questions:

1. When is the right time to sell my current house? I will move out once the new house is ready.
2. What should I do first? Engage agent? bank? Advertise in mudah and find buyer?
3. Sell through agent or direct to buyer? Which one is better & faster?

Hey sifus, seeking your advice here..

My job needs me to produce video for company internal use. At the moment i just use my iphone 6S plus and osmo mobile 2. It's good enough for record & edit.

However, sometimes i need to do live streaming for event or management want to talk to staff in real time. So i need a better gear/setup for eg external mic, better phone, software (OBS?), etc which I'm not really sure what/which product should I look for.

Appreciate any comment/recommendation here.

[WTA] Company hold last salary after resignation

Dear sifus,

I had resigned from my company 2 months ago. Next monday will be my official last day. The issue here is one company's gadget (asset), under my supervision, was stolen on August 2015, at my office (during raya open house celebration in the office). Police report had been done and submitted to my HOD. Now, HR said they holding my last salary until i replace the gadget. Is this legal? I've read through the Employment act and found that employer has no right to hold nor deduct employee's salary. Your advice is highly appreciated. Thanks.

I would like to suggest that LYN create a new subsection under garage sales for vapor items. There are many forumers selling their vapor items and juices under Garage Sales. But it's difficult to find them on search box as some keywords are not in their thread. You also can set the dedicated subsection for 18+ only.
