Remuneration/Facility:
- Salary: Quintiq will make sure that your salary is in the 70% of the salary of the market. What does this mean? Assume in the market for the same expertise the lowest salary is 5k, and the highest is 7k. 70% of the companies are willing to pay 6.5k and the rest is either paying lowest or highest salary. You'll get 6.5k from Quintiq. Regarding the amount, that's confidential between company and employee. What I just know is my own salary ha ha ha...

- Flexible working hours: If you're an early person, you can come early and leave early. If you're a late person, you can come late and leave late. Let's say you need to leave in the afternoon to do some personal stuff, you can leave office anytime (this doesn't not count as working hours) and come back after that or replace your missing hours on the next day or by working from home.

- Working hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week. If you work more than this, the overtime hours will be added to your leave balance and if you work less, it'll be deducted from your leave balance.

- Bonus:
- Contractual bonus (1 time of monthly salary)
- Profit sharing (15% of gross profit will be shared equally among all employees. All employees in the same country will get the same amount, but the employees from different region/country will get a different amount as their living cost is higher than Malaysia.
- Sell your leave for some additional amount

- Leave: 16 days per-year and never expired

- Laptop: You'll get a high end laptop. Currently it's i7 Processor, 8GB RAM, Powerful Nvidia graphics card and 64bit OS. Wanna play Diablo, Starcraft ? The specification is more than enough.

- Two R&R Rooms: You want to have a pool match with you friend, play air-hockey, or beat your colleagues in a tennis competition using WII. We have all of them in our office.

- Special unofficial group (From Employee to Employee): R&R group which always have activities for us. Movie, badminton, basketball, trip to an island, etc.

- Other: Possibility to fly to another country.

I'm a technical person so I can help you more on the technical expertise kind of questions. All of thing I explain here is mostly for the technical person. If you have any other question, I'll try my best to answer.
For the technical, the main requirement is OOP (Object Oriented Programming). Although you're not from IT degree, but if you can show that you're good in OOP, you can join us.
