Intel Rig * need help on PSU

I will be getting this rig soon within this month, below is the specs I have chosen. But I'm not too sure whether my PSU can work well with the hardware. Btw I'm not very sure what is real power and normal ones too confusing.

PROCESSOR - INTEL Q9650
MOBO - ASUS P5Q3
RAM - DDR3 1066Mhz (2Gb x 2)
GPU - XFX 4870 (1Gb)
HD - WD 500GB
OD - LG DVD-RW
CASING - CM 690
PSU - CM SILENT PRO 500W

Good day to all of the Codemasters,

I need some help from u, regarding the batch programming to extract dated file to be send thru an email.
Example :-

I've written a script to extract a date to be renamed after a document name, on every run ~daily basis.
ABC_04032009.pdf

As you can see 04032009 is ddmmyyyy & its a variable.

Now the question is how do I send this file thru an email by using a batch program. Btw I'm not very good in batch programming, hope you guys out there can help me.

I met an accident a couple of days ago stupid motorcyclist knock into my rear end (broke the sensor) and run away

I m looking for a 1996 model Toyota Estima rear bumper with 4 sensors attached... if in anyway u guys know where to find it from the junk yard shop do let me know i would appreciate it

Good morning guys...

I have a N95 unit, took picture with it and tried to BT (Bluetooth) to my pc with BT dongle.. tried a few times but unable to do so if the picture is taken from other phones and BT to N95... tht can be send over to my pc without any problem.

Something wrong with my N95 pictures ? y only my N95 picture cannot be send while other picture taken from other phone can be send via my N95 BT

err any1 of u guys facing the same kind of problem i m having now?

please help me out on this guys... thanks
