Hi guys,

need help , i have a property under personal name and i " charge it " to my own company sdn bhd , and i any my brother is shareholder , and the loan has disbursed into the company account.

can i ask your help how to withdraw the money into my own account without got tax , as is a loan

1) if director fees i have to pay personal tax

2) if dividend to shareholder, have to pay company tax

3) if loan to director, then kena charge interest to company

so how can i take out this money for personal use?

as the company is mine, and i decalre tax profitable, and so apply loan by charging my personal property, so how can i take out the money ( loan disbursed to company) , without got tax, as the money is not profit, but is from loan.
