Gym tips needed

Hi guys,

I am new to the lifting game.

Any tips on weight lifting? Such as should I eat prior to working out or post work out?

What about reps? I am doing about 3 sets of 15 reps each.

How long should I be resting? 24 hours enough?

Should I be focusing on certain parts per workout day?

I am wearing running shoes to work out. Is there a shoe for gym? Are those called training shoes?

What about compression shirts? Is it better to wear those?

Using Internet/ Wifi on iphone

First of all, i am a new iphone user and i have an iphone 3g from singapore plus i am a DIGI FAMILY PLAN USER. Anyway, the thing is that i wouldn't want to sign up for the unlimited internet usage plan from DIGI for Rm68.

I was wondering can i like....just rely on free wifi to download apps and use the internet browser. From what i heard is that, the iphone will sometimes connect u to the internet without u knowing or some sort.

Therefore, the postpaid charges on internet services will be very expensive. Is this true? and will i be fine just relying on free wifi?

Hey peeps, i notice that the transfer system has gotten better and alot harder but i also notice that there is something wrong when i submit a bid to any players where the BONUS PER GOAL area has problems.

For e.g: i submited a 15% bonus per goal to one player but when i confirm the bid. It seems to have changed my bonus per goal back to 0%. i can see that because the overall details of the bid is stated at the top of the page.

Anyone has this problem as well? Or is it just me?
