streamyx after unifi launch

since thursday 25/3 my streamyx always jammed after 10-15min

not all websites affected but things like payment gateway, online games logon (ragnarok online and maplestory), some china websites will stuck/hang at the page or just loading

if i reset the modem then i can access above mentioned sites but after awhile same thing will happen again..

wonder anyone else also facing similar problems? look like TM is putting back the DPI.. or incorrect filtering..

alternating TTL values in streamyx

i would like to enquire any network guru if pinging to an ip but getting 2 diff constant TTL values is normal? the following are some screens to show what i encounter since last tue night

1st screen is the tracert results from streamyx to maplesea.com
2nd screen is the pinging results to 203.117.161.90 (ping 203.117.161.90 -t -w 3000)
3rd screen is the pinging results to 58.27.105.138 (this is TM network ip)

all the above mentioned TLL now become constant

would like to hear whats you experience in playing online games via P1
what game you are playing and do you feel any lag while playing?
if you use/used other ISP like streamyx before then hows the experience comparing p1 with another ISP while playing online games?

Astro 4 chars code?

have been many years.. when watching Astro there always got few chars display at left side like DCP1, LXX2, XXX3
show few seconds then disappear then show another diff code
may i know what those and anyhow to disable it?

few days ago saw this unit without pricing at an electronic shop in kl midvalley

just wonder few things..

1) is its upconversion technology similar as those 1080 plasma/lcd builtin or is it better?

2) say connecting it with S-Video input (Astro), but only using hdmi output to connect with a 1080 HDTV, will i able to view direct the Astro programmes without recording? and will the recorder do the upconversion?

3) any better DVR (have S-Video input and hdmi output) suggested?
