Completely stock. (DIY Plug n' play HID lights, can be easily removed before sale. No wire harnesses were cut/tapped)
Major accident free. Only minor scratches. Original paint. Curb rash on rims from previous driver.
118k km mileage and running in good condition. Washed weekly, waxed/sealed(OptiSeal) monthly. Parked half covered and home and fully covered at work.
Previous owner (family friend) Up to 70k km mileage fully serviced by Honda Malaysia.
I am the second owner, maintenance monitored by myself using all Honda original parts and oil; according to Honda Service Manual. Every 6-7k engine oil change, 15-20k ATF change (always changed before it exceeds 20k km), brake fluid and power steering fluid changed yearly. New iridium spark plugs (as original from factory) replaced at 95k km, good for another 80k km. All 4 tyres changed (about 1 year old). Even wiper blades are original Honda parts from Japan (RM75 for a pair of wiper refills).
Interior is still nice and clean.
Tinted with V-Kool all around (except front windscreen; V-kool kena peel by Puspakom during ownership transfer (currently FWS is RayTech; most probably will have to peel during next ownership transfer to next owner).
