How to set seperate sound between multi monitor

Currently I'm using a Dual-monitor computer, 1 is LCD TV(HDMI), 1 is a normal LCD Monitor (normal speaker).
the problem is when I watching movie on the lcd tv, when other ppl playing game on the lcd monitor, the sound make me very confuse....

so I just want to separate the sound between my lcd tv, and lcd monitor, is it posible?

I just installed a ip camera in my office, but very time i need to access to the camera must enter the ip, but the ip will be change for very dc or restart modem. so anybody know how to check ip over the net? for example...to check my ip at home or outstation....

I got a lenovo y400 laptop want to format, but the internal dvd-drive already spoiled, I tried boot from my windows PE pendrive and my ext dvd drive, but fail due to BIOS lock by password, the owner also forgot the pass, so I plan to clear the password, I tried in windows base dos debug as bellow, but still the same already done it...
