Fail connecting Pc to 42" LED TV

I tried to connect my old pc to my new 42" LED Tv, when i start the pc, it loads but after the windows logo start up it goes blank.

Core 2 Duo E4300
Gigabyte 945PL-S3
Nvidia GeForce 7300GT

Tv : Panasonic TH-L42E5K

Any ideas?

Any cheap graphic cards to recommend?

Im currently using XFX Nvidia GF 8800 GTS 320mb XXX which i bought 2-3yrs back. Due to some problems, i think it might be dead Wondering what cards that's around as good as my previous or slightly better would cost now? Urgently need to replace it

Is there anyone here who knows how to deal with this issue?

I'm using:

Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit
XFX Nvidia GF 8800 GTS 580M 320MB XXX

It has been working for over the two years plus, just yesterday all the sudden my screen went black. After i rebooted the system, i have blue vertical lines over my screen. When i check the display adapter in the device manager it says:

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

Ive tried system restore, un-install & re-installing the driver, re-plug the card. But none of them works, if anyone knows how to fix this, please do share @_@ .. Thank you in advance.
