AMD dual core got problem playing o2jam& maple

As title mentioned above, Im using AMD dual core and 7600GT graphic card and got problem playing o2jam & maple story. The song is jumping and for maple story the sound is not good and keep jumping also.

I read the forum and ppl said download dual core optimizer, i downloaded it and only the watching the movies on the computer are fixed.

How about the game? ANyone experience this before? Is it graphic card problem or sound card?

I'd appreciate if someone can help me with this.
