buy KIA forte 1.6sx 2012 on year end

Hi guys, need some advise from you all. Im planing to change car budget around 80-90k.
Am planning to buy forte 1.6sx, it is worth buying year end car? they offer only 2.4k++ /bodykit+leather seat.
I know new K3 is coming out somewhere around end of 2013 (not sure)
How will it affect my resale value? Please help :help: . Thanks in advance!

I previously using iphone4 but unfortunately got stolen by snatch thief last two days.
Now i'm having dilemma to choosing either iphone 4s or samsung sIII.
(not interested on iphone 5, reason not much different only bigger screen and it easily scratch)

I had a weird dream 5 months back, I dream of a little girl called me daddy.. and few weeks later my wife really pregnant and now after 4 month my baby really is baby girl.. have you ever dream of this? It's like she telling you she's going to come to this world, kinda sweet
