I'm wondering in one matter, actually how do you guys own your 1st house ?

For instant, if you manage to pay the 10% down payment, but the monthly repayment is a problem. Then how can you buy a house as monthly repayment is a fix expenses. For low incomer, what is your advice for this group of people?

Help ! Owner Hold my Deposit

Hi guys,

I really need your help and advice.

I have opened a small business on last year Sept. I have paid the rental, water and electricity deposit to the owner.

Unfortunately, after 5 mths of business, on Feb this year, my shop was burn down by fire and the business was closed.

After that I requested my deposit from the owner, he told me to cut the water and electricity, so i cut it. TNB returned the deposit to him.

Yet, he told me that Bomba is yet to finalized the cause of fire, so I wait again.

And now, all the thing had settled, even the insurance is paid to him, he still refuse to return my deposit to me.

It's been 10 months since the incident.

Guy, how can I do to get my deposit back? I feel like this owner is going to "telan" my money.

Guy, please help and advice.
