Problem details
First occurence of problem: Last night 7/12/2009
Problem frequency:
Problem description: Since last night I realised that the upload speed very slow but download speed and latency is normal. I did tried using TM Speedometer, on average the Download Speed is 330kbps, Latency is 45ms, Upload Speed is 25kbps.

Anyone having similar problem before? Is this something to do with router configuration?

[addedon]December 9, 2009, 5:40 pm[/addedon]I found out the cause already.... It's due to the PPS software. There is a backgroud process from PPS running all the time regardless of whether you running the PPS software or not.

This background process keep uploading the previous cached data from PPS and cause the overall upload speed become so slow.

After I end task this background process, everything back to normal. Think I have to create a seperate user login to install this PPS software in order to not disturb my normally Internet surfing speed.

Lucikly haven't call TM to complain... hahahaa....
