this is the except from tenancy agreement but she still want 3 month notice letter from me.

"4.PROVIDED ALWAYS AND ITS HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREED as follows:-
This Agreement shall be terminated by Landlord by giving three (3) months notice in writing.
The Tenant shall stay for a minimum of six(6)months to justify the return of the Security Deposit from the Landloard
"

1) this mean Landlord will only give 3 month notice to chase me out?
2) if my contract end 30 sep,2010. and now already sept 13. i can just move out without any notice?

any body know HP warranty? in Havey norman we can get 1+2 year (add ) and 1+4 year warranty (add RM 195)?

any where we can refer to the term and condition of what warranty mean? DELL very staright forward.. no need to bring to their agent shop. just call up or email and got agent some and collect... some more got temporary replacement .

any one got cheaper price than this?
