Which S-Video cable is best for Astro on LCD TV?

I am looking for a practical use video cable (can provide best possible picture quality) to
connect my Astro decoder to my 32" LCD TV.

(1) My first option is a S-Video cable:
My question is should I get a Moster cable like this:

This Moster S-Video cable will cost me RM 130, is it worth of buying it?
Or I just get a normal S-Video cable is good enough?

(2) My 2nd option is to get a S-Video to component cable adapter, like this:

(3) 3rd option is to find a S-Video to component adapter (small box design) like this:

Some HD Ready LCD TV can support 1080p. How?

I am thinking to buy a particular 32" LCD TV (HD Ready, not Full HD).

This particular LCD TV can support up to 1080i, but not 1080p.

But I am aware that other brands of 32" LCD TV (HD Ready, not Full HD) can support
up to 1080p and also 1080i.

Now, my questions are:
(1) Should I buy a 32" LCD TV (HD Ready, not Full HD) which can support
1080p rather than only can support 1080i?

(2) Since some 32" LCD TV (HD Ready, not Full HD) can support 1080p, then what is
the difference in picture quality if comparing to LCD TV with Full HD that can support 1080p?
-- I mean when use DVD player with HDMI.

AGP graphic card 256MB versus 128 MB

I do not play pc games.
Most of the time, I just use my pc to do some photo editing and browsing internet.

Does it make any difference when I use AGP 256MB graphic card versus AGP 128MB graphic card?

What are the benefits and advantages when use AGP 256MB over AGP 128MB (not talking about pc games here)?

Do I get the picture loading faster when I have more video RAM?

If I do not play pc games, is PCI-e graphic card necessary for me?

If I do not play pc games, does it make any difference to me when I use PCI-e and AGP 8X?

15" LCD Monitor "Out of Range" Problem

When I tried to connect my 15" LCD monitor to an old PC that I
did not use for a long time, after the Windows logo boot-up,
I saw "Out Of Rang!" appeared on the screen, how do I solve this

Can somebody tells me if I need to get a better picture quality on my LCD TV, do I need
a component video cable for my 32" LCD TV?

Now I am using RCA cable.

Somebody told me component video cable does not make any difference from RCA cable
for the picture quality on LCD TV, he said buying a component cable is just wasting money,
he also said just use RCA cable is good enough. What do you guys think?

Which laser printer is a good buy?

I want to buy a laser printer, but I have no idea which brand of laser printer should I buy?

I do not need heavy duty laser printer, I just need a normal one.

I am thinking to buy one of these 2 printers:

(1) Samsung M2010 --> around RM 240.00
(2) Canon LBP 2900 --> around RM 320.00

I think these 2 models are the cheapest laser printers I can find in the market.

But beside printer price, I also concern about the toner price.

I know Samsung M2010's toner (with drum) is around RM 230.00
And Canon's toner I guess is around RM 150.00?

Can somebody suggest me which printer to buy?

How about brother? And Lexmark? Are they good?

Built-in sound card problem - please help

Hi,

I am using built-in sound on MSI KM4M-V motherboard, I can hear music from Youtube and
sound (voice) from Skype, but the other party from Skype cannot hear me, even I can hear his voice.

And the two REAR sound ports (green and pink) on the motherboard are also suddenly cannot work --
no inc-oming sound and no out-going sound.

I already re-installed the sound driver from the original driver CD, still cannot work.
I updated the sound driver from MSI site, still cannot work.

Now I can only use one FRONT sound port (green port) to listen sound and music only.

I changed 3 different headset, but the problem is still there..

Do you guys know what is the problem?

I suspect my microphone feature on the motherboard is not working anymore?

Any ideas?
