BMW F30 318i 2016 - Bad Fuel Consumption

Hye all.

Just want to confirm

Why suddenly my BMW 318 1.5 3 cylinder engine, drain a lot of fuel.

Current mileage 71k km.

Previously can get 10-11km/l in town.

Now only 6-7km/l in town.

Anyone have experience what to change?

This story like this. Neighbourhood start to feel disturbed this student crowd the gym area, swimming pool area, dating, go dating with couple at emergency staircase.

Currently around 4 to 5 house get rented by student. One house around 7 - 10 student.

Semi Luxury low density condo.
Got gym
Swimming pool
KL city center
Sauna
Etc...

Rental rate RM2500 monthly.

Any /k have this kind of experience?

Or most of the /k is student?

Currently hv s8+. Use as 2nd phone. Most of the time in the pouch bag.

Less apps. But 3 hours didnt use, from 100% to 67%.

Why my Wifi in 1000sqft condominium is so bad.?

Hye all. I need your advice.

Im staying in 1000sqft 3 bedroom condominium.

Install Time internet, they gave Tp link AC 1200 router. Since the fibre connection at the living room, they install the modem and the router there.

The problem is, the wifi connection is so bad. All 3 bedroom, the wifi coverage so bad.

So i bought tplink AC750 Re200 wifi extender. And put at the nearest bedroom, it still cannot extend the coverage properly to all the bedtoom.

Im so headache.

My parents double storey house, even the router at upstairs, downstair still can get the coverage.

I dunno why my 1000sqft condominium wifi coverage so bad.

Please advice.

So far mmg tak nafikan Full Frame Mirrorless Camera akan perform lebih baik. Optical zoom dan lain2.

Tapi P30 Pro dengan Hybrid Zoom pun tak mengecewakan juga. Walaupun tak dpt full manual control seperti camera, namun image processing dan hasilnya agak baik.
