KUALA LUMPUR: Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and Chinese officials have denied a news report claiming that Beijing had in 2016 offered to help bail out 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) in exchange for lucrative contracts.

“There has not been such a thing,” Najib said in a statement posted on his Facebook account yesterday in response to The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) report on Monday.

Malaysia, said Najib, is committed to the settlement agreement with Abu Dhabi state-owned International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) to ensure that all money allegedly missing from 1MDB is returned by Dec 31, 2020.

Najib also dismissed the claim that the Chinese had offered to bug the homes and offices of WSJ reporters in Hong Kong who were investigating 1MDB.

He also denied that secret talks were held to authorise China’s navy ships to dock at two Malaysian ports.

“Malaysia is a non-aligned country, and navy ships from any nation have the right to dock at Malaysian ports and do so frequently. This is a policy that has been implemented for decades,” he said, citing the cases of USS America docking at Sepanggar, Sabah in August 2017, and the USS Blue Ridge at Port Klang in 2004.

In a separate statement, the Chinese embassy in Kuala Lumpur also dismissed the claims in the WSJ report, saying it has never attached political conditions to its cooperation with other countries.

“China has all along adhered to the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of any other country. China never attaches political conditions on our cooperation with other countries.

FOR THOSE WHO NEEDS THAT EXTRA MOTIVATION TO BOUNCE BACK! AT GAME!

My Story:

I'm not here looking for help or advice, I'm just here to tell my story. It was a 5 year relationship, and it ended today. First thing people ask me, whether I'm okay. Well obviously I'm Not, I just gave up a relationship that I thought was "the one". But I understand their just want to help and care for me.

Lets call her A. I met A in an ONLINE GAME name LUNA ONLINE. It was a funny story, we met in the funniest way in a game. She was a guild leader that asked for help in a world chat and I responded to her help. LUNA ONLINE has a function to declare war on guild, SO! She did't knew and accepted the war declaration. I was a guild leader too back then, so I help her and became her alliance guild. That how we met. We became friends for 3 months that when I took up the courage to ask her out on a movie. I can still remember the day we first dated, it was a late night movie of 12am. She was afraid, but she took the courage to went out with me and watch Demon and Angel. It was funny at first cause we totally overly dress. She wore her blue jacket and I wore my black shirt. Well A had a problem that time. She dated a guy whom never treated her fairly "SO" I guess i was the Spannar guy back then and safe her from the horrible relationship.

So that when we started dating. I treated her fairly and even took lots of responsible as a man should when treating his woman right, we even came to a point until we decided we are right for each other and planned to married. Well guess that idea went down a drain today. She fallen for B. She met B as a classmate, She was still in college while I was working. Supporting her and Providing her funding for her college fee as her family was in bad condition. As she spend time with B, A slowly realize she falling for him. While I could't spend time with her, as our timetable for each other differs.

As time passes by, until today. We went out to talk, she told me what happen and I am shock to know what happen. As I a mixture of ANGER and RAGE and SADNESS. I told myself "If I loved her trully" I let her go. She was happy does not matter what I do she won't choose me. For her she was stubborn and when she comes to a conclusion there no way to change her mind. She already made up her mind on choosing him. On the way to her home, she cried all the way as I held her hands. I drove with one hand on a AUTO, realizing How sad she was in choosing him over me, but she want to be with B. So in the end, I let her go as I know She love me that why she cries, but to me as long she happy its enough for me. But now I feel helpless and regretful. Maybe its just Karma.

Women are fast leaving the opposite sex behind, and if men do not step up their game soon, they may become the home-keepers.
The country’s longest serving premier,Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, said that despite the equal number of men and women in society, more women had successfully entered higher learning institutions than men.
This, he said, posed a problem as more accomplished women ended up having to marry those with a lower qualification.
“Then, the women end up earning higher salaries, becoming their families’ breadwinners while the men will be confined to the kitchen,” Dr Mahathir told participants at the Women Extraordinaire Forum 2014 (WEF 2014) here today.
The former Prime Minister received a loud cheer for the statement which he said was the reason for growing support for same-sex relationships.

Dr Mahathir jokingly suggested home-skills education be provided to male students so that they could become better house-husbands.
He also lamented that Malaysian men were too lazy, citing the Kelantanese as an example.
“In Kelantan, you can see the women working very hard while the men sit in a coffee shop, smoking cigarettes.”
However, Dr Mahathir later voiced his concern over the fact that with more women focusing on their careers, the children would be left vulnerable to society’s negative influences.
Children, he argued, were deprived of quality time with their parents, especially their mothers, if both husband and wife were working.
The children, DrMahathir said, would end up going to friends for advice and instead receive the wrong kind of exposure.
“That’s how many end up being Mat Rempits.”
Dr Mahathir then suggested that schools introduce a class where students were educated on right and good life values.
The government, he said, should consider providing appropriate classes in schools‎ that would help instil proper values in children, apart from religious and moral classes.
