Self-assembled PC failed to start

I've tried to assemble a PC by myself. When i press the power button, CPU and PSU fan spin for less than a second and stop. Standby Power LED on the mainboard is on. Other LED on the casing didn't turn on at all. Didn't hear beep sound either.
My PSU has a 20-pin and a 4-pin eatxpwr, i plugged in both since the mm has 24-pin slot; For the eatx12v, my psu has 2x4-pin, so i plugged in both too.
If i press the power button again, the fan won't spin; but if i off the PSU and wait until the Standby Power LED light turns off, then on the PSU and press the power button, the fan spin for a brief second again.

Anyone knows what happened?

I am planning to build a pc with following specs:
i5-3450
Asus P8z77-V LX
4 gb ddr3 1333MHz RAM
WD 1TB HDD
ASUS DVDRW
Acer S230HL Bbd (Operating Power Consumption 26 W）
ASUS HD 6870
Logitech wireless mouse + keyboard
Ordinary speakers
Win7 Pro
Is 500W PSU enough for my system? I checked on some website which calculate my system's power consumption, which is <400W. But the computer shop ppl recommend me to buy 700W. Is it necessary?? The price is double, and i don't want to spend unnecessary money. Please advice me

Sold share, get money on T+3 or T+4?

I sold my share on Monday, where T+3 is Friday. I planned to use the money earn to settle another share, which i bought on Wednesday, where T+3 is next Wednesday since Mon & Tues= public holiday. Today is Friday, T+3 for the share i sold but i still didnt receive money in my cimb itrade acc!! I dont have enough money to settle the share i bought if i didnt receive the money from what i sold!! Will i receive it on T+4?? What'll happen if i cant settle it due to the delay? And what can i do to avoid the consequences?? (I dont have extra money!)

Hi, I am new to stock market. I planned to do long term investment on blue chip stocks which usually pay dividend.
Is there any database that i can access to check which one is blue chip/which one usually gives dividend? Or any recommendation for blue chips? I realise that dividend is depends on whether the company has any profit, but i guess there must be some companies that have history of giving high dividend every year, right

I am new in badminton. When i watch international games such as Thomas cup, i found that players change their racket sometimes. What i the reason for this? How would it affect your performance? Is it necessary to do so in an intermediate-beginner game?

Hi,
I've started to play badminton for 3 months, from twice a week to once a week recently.. I didn't receive proper couching from anyone and have bad footwork, wrist power...Can't even smash and drop shot properly. My badminton kaki most are just a bit better than me or far better than me and they are not fond to do drills so i have no training partner.
Juz wondering anyone can introduce some training lesson in Penang island for beginner? I want to learn to execute proper shots and footwork. If possible let me know also the price and time

I've tried recovery flasher but when trying 2 enter the application, it says data corrupted. Can anyone help me?

PSP memory stick not stable

While playing games, it suddenly hang OR keep popping out message:"Do u wanna quit the game #$%" or "unable to detect memory"; While listen to musics, suddenly it stops and the memory card icon disappear. Does this has something to do with the memory card?I think my card is a fake one, but not sure

update bios problem

i am using ASUS F80s.The asus live update downloaded me the new bios, and ask me to reboot my nb, then enter bios and load default bios setting 2 enable the new bios...i've tried but the bios still the same old version...Anyone know how to upadate or wats the prob?

PSP how to set peap password?

I try to connect wireless. In setup, there's an option to enter peap password. I dunno what to put? When i on9 using notebook, the peap password in setting i put "provided for me automatically", in psp, how? Also When use laptop, need to put my user name and password, how to do all these in psp?

PSP keep pop up msg

when i am playing games, my psp keep poping up msg sy "are u sure u want to quit the game?", ie the msg that pop up when u press "home" while playing...And when i power on my psp, it'll load for 1 minute then says "no disc are found", before the wallpaper and time appear. I found that after i open the umd drive, the problems stop. Is there anything to do with setting problem? My psp is lite one. Never fall or soak in water. Need help!

How to access password protected files

my laptop mmboard spoil so i remove my hardisc and use it as external disc. My problem is that i set password to my hardisc (window logon password, the one that ask u to enter password whenever u start up ur pc). When i use it as external drive, i cant access to some folder and file such as My Document. It says access denied and does not prompt me to enter any password. I try to boot it using other laptop but the laptop will automaticaly restart. Is there anyway for me to access to those files or remove the password??My old laptop threw away already...

my psp problem

i juz bought a new psp wif 3.71 m33-2 firmware
i dl some softwares such as ereader n pspcomic and install them under psp\game150 and psp\game. When i try to run them, errors occur. it always give a error code 8002014c. Why does this happen?
N why some of my mp3 files with japanese character cant be displayed properly but some can?
