Should Change my Job HELP!

Dear all

Im working in Call Center in US based company Rank 198 in the world (FORBES 2008 )

and Im working on shift now

Now I got new job offer in Local based company as Field Supervisor and working in normal working hours

Salary wise is slightly higher compare to company I currently working now

Current company - Around RM3200+++ with allowances

New company around RM 3500++++ without car , hand phone claim ... e

What about future in Call Center? good career prospect?

Benefit - company currently I working now

Medical / Dental
OT ( very less - maybe 1 - 3 hrs per month )
Shift Allowances
Relax job sometimes
Graveyard shift

Benefit - company that gonna hiring me
Medical / Dental
NO OT
Travel Allowances
Petrol Allowances
Handphone Allowances
Toll Allowances

I knew a girl online not long ago .....

we had a nice chat and she is sweet and nice girl ..........

Im 26 yrs old now so to her..........

she on the phone she is nice and sweet ...... but on reality she treat me so cold .........

2 days ago ...met her for dinner....she treat me so cold .....she want to knew bout me more Yes and I did told her alot of things .......

she seems mind about my background ...........

I got career and i always stay at home .......i dun understand what she want actually ...

that night after i fetch her back home .....she treat me sweet and nice again on the phone............. i dunoo what she think this time...hai~~~

she want to going back to Hometown not far from KL ...maybe 1 1/2 drive ...i offer to fetch her ...and she said ok ..and she is happy...

today ..met her for lunch ...she treat me cold again~ and said she dun like my background aiyo..and said she going back by her own .............i dunno what she bother about my background or something ....that already pass.....and history mar....now im turn into new leaf

now i told her that im not suitable for her.......coz i really dun understand what she want.......and she said so ......

now she nice to be back ....(on the phone)

I really dunno what she think and what she want .........

please advise ........
