FB Notification Alert Charge Into Hotlink

Does anyone know, will Hotlink users be charged for FB App Notification Alerts if the phone number has bound to it. My Hotlink balance some time deduct for RM1.00. It has been many months of deduction for unknown reasons. Only when I called up to Customer Service, the staff told me the history.

Anyone has this kind of experience? Please share. Tell me how to turn it off. However, when turn on the FB Notification alerts, why FB never tell me the T&C that it will incur charges?

JRE 64-bit (1.6.0_22) Not Working In IE8 64-bit!

Anyone has encountered of loading the Java applet after installed JRE 64-bit v1.6.0_22. It is neither working in IE8 64-bit, Chrome, and Firefox. Currently I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

If install JRE 32-bit v1.6.0_22, it is definitely work in IE, Chrome, and Firefox.

Searched from the Internet and found out this information, but still not working:

Go to control panel -> java -> advanced tab -> expand "default java for browsers" -> and check the "Mozilla family."
Restart Chrome. Java will now work. Again, you don't need to have Mozilla Firefox for this to work.

The problem is after save the check box and go back again, the Mozilla family check box is unchecked!

The reason of installing the JRE 64-bit is due to Tomcat required 64-bit JRE-bit if running on 64-bit OS.

Any solution?
