LCD dead pixel

Well i just bought a new LCD monitor last month, and during the first week i found out there was a dead pixel on the top left of the screen. It was very small dot in black color but it still very annoying while the background color is white. Then i send to samsung service center. They said will change a new panel for me. but after 1 week later i take back the monitor. the problem solve. But there was another problem occurs. The LCD panel was dont know how to mentioned bout it. Seem like the center color present a bit dark, seem like the panel was touch too harder on it and cause it "hurt". And there are many scratches on the frame and leg which make me really disappointed as a new monitor.

I immediate goto service center again then they say will change a new panel for me again. Then I been waiting for 2 weeks. finally they call me for pick up my monitor. after 3 day later, mean today, i found out a new dead pixel again on the bottom of the right screen. this time not really annoying, but for a new LCD monitor, is it acceptable? Or i just request for another claim? Samsung provide ZBD warranty with 7 days. Mean that the monitor stay in my house not more than 7 days yet, I am qualify to claim it. But is it necessary to claim it ? or just leave it ? (claim might need more time)

The people who own samsung monitor ever face this situation before? If any please share

Are the samsung quality really that sux? I been own samsung product for long time, but never see any problem such as LCD TV and Plasma and other electronic stuff. But first time I purchase this LCD monitor brand of samsung i been having much trouble. So any other who face this before can share with me? and what do u do if u meet this situation now. I have no idea to proceed my claim or leave it alone without do anything on it.

But i can't install back the erecovery from acer recovery CD

That is an hidden partition use on my previous HDD to setup windows xp on the laptop.

How did I enable back the auto recovery system ?

(Unfortunately my Recovery System CD from Acer also spoiled )

Any place I can download the CD ?

I am using i865perl and 9200se for my mobo and graphic.

The latest driver has been install

But when i playing game it will hang and then my monitor was no signal for few sec

after that everything become normal agai but VPU message has been pop up

It was very annoying when i was playing online game and cause me die a lot of time

Anyone got solution for it ?

And it was just after warranty

suddently when i am using the bluescreen coming out

after that i will never able to detect the hdd already

Cos it was an 2'5 hdd quite expensive for me

I got 1 unit old PC, yesterday night still can on. But until today morning I found out that it cannot be on already . But everything is running seem like normal , just it dont have any display and just the power is on only.
