Need help relocating my setup...

Hi guys,

I cant get a good sound quality with my current setup...

I decided to swap my speaker + modems with my cpu location...

Is it ok to place CPU on top of the mini fridge?

Any bad thing that will harm my cpu that i should know?

p/s: the picture is from our front point of view... beside the cpu is my bed and beside the mini fridge is the toilet...

Gigabyte GTX 580 1.5gb prob...

Last week i went to lowyat and build a pc including this Gigabyte GTX 580 1.5gb...

Fresh install win 7 64bit + latest driver from nvidia...(285.62)

Gaming no prob whatsoever(bf3,SR3,NFSTR,MW3...)

Yesterday the prob start to appear...

Driver crashing while watching movies with MPC(crash every 2 - 3 hours)

Google > Restart PC > uninstall + driver sweeper > install beta driver(290.36)

Prob became worst... Everytime past the windows loading screen driver will crash...

Google > Restart PC > uninstall + driver sweeper > install old driver(275.33<---some claim this driver eliminate the prob)

Condition still same as when using beta driver... After loading screen driver crash...

Shut down pc > wait till nite n on again...

Pc boot then open hwMonitor + gpu z to monitor my card temp + usage... (somehow i can load to windows without crashing)

After 20 - 30 minutes driver start crashing again...

By that time temp is around 40c and i cant see the usage clearly but at the gpuz clock column only show 50mhz instead of 795 mhz...

End up booting windows using intel hd graphic now...

So my question is:-

Card faulty?
TDR prob?
Factory clock too high?
Mobo,PSU?

Anybody got this prob b4?..

Btw my pc rig:-

i7 2600k
Asrock Extreme 4 Gen 3
8gb KVR 1333
Intel 160gb SSD
1TB F3 + 2TB WD
Gigabyte GTX 580 1.5gb (I think this is OC version not the normal or SOC)
Acbel r9 900w PSU
Bitfenix Colossus Casing

Anybody that can help me?

Im building a new rig but cant decide which mobo to go...

Spec currently in mind

Proc : i7 2600k
Heatsink : Hyper 212+
Ram : 4gb KVR 1333 ddr3 x 1
Mobo : Cant decide
HDD/SSD : Using my old hdd (Might try looking for SSD if its really helps a lot)
GC : Leadtek GTX580 3GB
PSU : No idea
Casing : Bitfenix Colossus(no window = usb 3.0 port / window ver = no usb 3.0 port)

Budget is around rm5k
It really help if we can put aside useless things for cheaper $$...

Purpose : Future proof for at least 2 year...(Gaming + Multitasking)

The reason i picked this mobo is because of its future proof features(usb 3,sata 3,pcie 3.0,IB)...

This is my current cpu spec...

AMD Phenom II x4 955 BE 3.2ghz
M4A77TD
8GB ddr3 KVR
Nvidia GeForce GT 240
4TB HDD

I know i need to upgrade the GC...

So my question now...
How bout the processor?..
Can it last for 2 to 3 years without bottlenecking any newer high end GPU?..(Assuming i keep changing GC every year)..

I got the budget to change the proc to i5 but is it worth it to upgrade now?..
Or wait for the next gen proc?..

Purpose of the pc = High End Gaming(BF3) + Multitask Online Gaming(3-4 client at 1 time)...

My front passenger seat now cant stay still...

Its the up and down,not the forward and backward(control at the left side of seat not at the front of seat)

Seems like the gear(or mechanical or whatever is holding the seat) inside already 'rosak'...

Can hear the gear sound when we push it up or down...

But no grip...

Any shop owner or experience user can help me find a shop that can fix this...

Klang/shah alam area...

Been asking a lot of accesories shop around shah alam... Seems like nobody can solve this...

If can quote me roughly how much to fix this...

This is my problem from b4... I manage to settle it by using ram at slot 1 + 3....

If i use slot [1 + 2] or [3 + 4] i will get my old prob(refer above link)(continous long beep)

While the [1 + 3] is the best solution for now,it really bugs me coz i get a lot of BSOD using this...

BSOD will occurs when im using a lot of ram(many application or heavy application)

Using single stick will give no prob at all...

BSOD list:-
IRQL Not Less Or Equal<-----most frequent
driver IRQL Not Less Or Equal
Bad pool header

and a lot more without name...

Memtest 10 hours:-
Single stick at 1 time = pass
[1 + 3] = lots of errors
[1 + 2] = pc won t boot
[3 + 4] = pc won t boot

Mobo = Gigabyte ma770t-us3
proc = amd athlon II x4
ram = kvr 1333 2gbx2
os = windows 7 32 bit

Windows wont boot with x2 stick ram...

My pc wont boot if i use x2 stick ram...

I try using 1 ram and it works fine...

Test using memtest86 1 by 1,both passed without error...

Stick in x2 ram,cant even boot...

I suspect this is ram prob because when i take out all ram[0 ram in slot] the 4 beep sounds is there...

Current volt for ram is 1.6v[default is 1.5v]

When i prees the on button... Pc wont boot or even start...

Then came 4 long beep > 1 sec stop > 4 long beep again = continously...

Mobo = Gigabyte ma770t-us3
proc = amd x3 i think...
ram = kvr 1333 2gbx2

Any sifus can help?...

This rig is for oc+gaming+24/7 stable....(not gila2 punya oc...Just for fun n can run 24/7)

Max budget is rm2.5k

Proc = c2q 6600 - suggest me other wotrh proc
Ram = dont care as long as good oc n worth
mobo = no idea
gc = 9600gt oc or 8800gts 320
psu = no idea
casing = cap ayam oso can
cooling system = this 1 oso need to ask worth or not??

other that that hdd+dvdrw+keyboard+mouse all ca ayam oso can...

Item can be new or used oso...

Dont care as long as good and worth..

What im trying to say is good performance pc+cheap...
