Need advice in picking a domain hosting

Hello,

I need some advice in picking a hosting company. I am tasked with making a family website. One of the specific condition is that the family would like to offer some family members to have a subdomain of their own to offer their services and good, thus requiring the domain selection to include ecommerce capabilities. The one thing I'm not experienced with.

These are the 4 choices I'm looking at
1) e-global hosting
2) exabytes
3) webhosting
4) netonboard

Question
1) What should be the main concern for me in selecting an e commerce option (MUST HAVE) - Is there pitfalls I should be aware off?
2) Is there a better choice out there?
3) Why is there such a big difference in prices from all 4 choices above? for example, exabytes's ebiz gold unlimited only cost RM500+ for 2 years, but webhosting plan is RM1.4k even for the basic plan. Netonboard even offers RM300 for 3 years package, of course it seems like it takes its cakes from the addon packages.

As you can see, I'm totally noob at this, so advice is SORELY needed >.<

btw, the family requires these option as well (should any of you wanted to give suggestions)
1) photo gallery
2) forum
3) and of course, unlimited subdomain/email addie if possible. The idea is that they will lent out these subdomains to the family members so they can sell their goods .. and of course, the ecommerce option are mostly being used for these subdomains. The main domain will mostly be used for posting family events and history and family tree and such. The family is big btw, 4 almost 5 generation.

Youtube load halfway

Using streamyx 1Mb

#1) Since last week my youtube video only load halfway .. no matter if its a short 20 sec video or long 10 minutes.. it loads very fast.. you didnt have to wait, then roughly 30-40% done, it stops .. simply stopped. Same with other video sites in general. facebook videos, dailymotion, megavideo.

#2) With live streaming, it keeps buffering every 2 seconds.. even if I used low q streaming (which works splendidly back then when I'm using 512 package) .. now.. 2 sec buffer.

#3) file download from RS/MU/HF/MF (any filehosting) stops working after few minutes.. needs manual pausing and resuming .. If I used downloader, same .. it will stopped halfway, forcing the downloader to restart dunno how many times.

My torrent works fine, and before you asked, no, I dont turn on my torrent if I need to stream or download via the filehosting, so torrent eating bandwidth wasnt the problem.

I got a feeling somehow somewhere my connection setting have screwed up. but I do not know where to look for it >.<

Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone here play this game?

Its basically a text based RPG.. just build your wrestler and go beat the crap out of others.. there's a lot of possible build.

There's 4 stats (strength, speed, technique, resistance).. and each stats have several skills associated with the stats.

Make a wrestler that deals huge damage, or one that hits his opponent so fast while dodging all your blow, or one that make peoples tap out of submissions or simply make a pile blob of meat that laugh at peoples attempt to so called hit you. or simply became a jack of all trade, masters of none wrestler.

I must admit, when I first view the screenshots, it didnt really enticed me, however, I proceed to register and try.. and I'm totally hooked.. Reminds me when I first introduced to championship manager series... I lol at peoples playing it and became agitated as they read their team losing on screen, however, after playing myself.. those missing graphic doesnt bothers me at all, and now, football manager series became the only game that I ordered without fail each year.

TWG invokes the same feeling. The despair seeing your wrestler getting plummelled by those speedfreak, or seeing your wrestler delivers a violent drop kick.

You can level sit, a term that apply to peoples who dont level up their stats, but simply stays on a level and fight .. accumulating money and leveling up move .. Or you can level up stats as fast as you can, gaining skill points to improve your wrestler.. there's a max level of stat gain before you are promoted to the next level.

You can try for the belt for each level, for free type player, the normal one fall title are open to all, supporters get a free 1 match type as long as they subcribe .. free player only get 2nd match type at lvl 7 onwards.
