Because of lust? Because they need it? Or because of love?

A friend told me that he had sex with his girlfriend because they both wanted it. So, they were doing it basically to fulfil their desire?

Another friend said she had sex with her boyfriend because it helps to bring their relationship closer. Is it? What if one day she broke off with him? Does sex help then?

I always thought sex is something that you do to express your love to your partner when words can't describe how much you love him or her. Not to mention that sex is needed for the sake of producing the next generation.

he's a great friend, always be there for you (especially after your breakup) and never say no to whatever you ask him to do. he's almost perfect, just lack of that special feeling. so, he knows you are single now and started to hint that he likes you and wanted to be more than good friends. been telling him (indirectly and directly) that he's a great friend and just want things to remain at this stage. the problem is he just doesn't get it.

so, how to wake him up but not losing this good friend at the same time??

Okay, here's a brief summary from my previous search.

Received hundreds of proposals. Am very sorry, no time to reply all PMs but still managed to reply a few. If I did reply you, mean you're the lucky ones, lol. To those who asked me for my pictures in your first message, so sorry, please use a better pickup line in the future. Made lotsa new friends. Few were short listed in the very beginning but now just left one. Guess he is no longer interested as he had stopped communicating with me already. Guys, honestly speaking, how willing are you to spend money on your girlfriend? Money is needed in almost everything; even in a relationship. Money can't buy love, I agree. But, without money, how are you going to maintain a relationship besides talking about just love and feelings? You need money for dinners, movies, drinks, weddings and the list just goes on and on and on.

A girlfriend of mine said, if you wanted to know how much a guy loves you, you can judge from looking at what kind of presents he gave you. The more expensive, the better and lucky you.
