Need some help.

I'm a direct entry of 2nd year degree student, need to know how to do well in order to get UPPER SECOND CLASS ?
1) Does the grade count from 2nd year Degree ?
2) Does the grade ''very'' important ? How many CGPA should get ?
3) How the college accumulate all the marks n grade ? ( can someone explain HOW )
4) How about the thesis ? stand more chance than the grade to get upper second class ?

I need to prepare a Business Research Proposal . Have to choose a business related proposal / topic .

Yet , the Difference between PR and Marketing and Franchaise Business are choosen by others.

Wondering anyone could select another interesting topic for me to search on net ?
